I love it when something that I put off trying because I think it might be tricky or time consuming turns out to be a piece of cake! These gummy bears were a huge hit and I can't wait to make more; I just need a bigger tray of molds! Here's the recipe and how we made them.
Here's the recipe from the last issue of Edible Wasatch. We tweaked ours with different juices and essential oils this time. Feel free to play around with the flavors, but definitely use essential oils; they're key for a good flavor, otherwise the flavor is too "washed out" if that's even a thing.
I was so excited to see how well they just popped out of the bear mold! Those are Clay's manly hands, not mine, FYI :)
