Sam helped a bit last year (we made several batches) and this year Vivi was able to get in on the action. Packing pills might not seem like a kid-friendly activity at first glance, but they LOVE to be involved. I tasked Vivi with separating the capsules and Sam with lining them up in the machine. He also loves to push them together, pop out the pills and then make sure they're all snapped tight.
We've also got the Mother of All Remedies on hand. I like to alternate between the two. And the pills are better for the kids because they don't have habanero peppers(!). What sort of flu-fighters do you use at your house?
