Mamma4Earth is a shop full of lovingly hand knitted critters and creations; have a peek, you'll love it! This is an exciting giveaway; I always love it when there are lots of wonderful goodies to give away!
Here's what Linda says about her shop:
I started my Mamma4earth Etsy shop two years ago and I have so enjoyed the journey. All the wonderful people I have met and connected with, all over the world, is amazing. We started homeschooling our children a few years ago, in South Africa, and this is how our Mamma4earth business came into being. I wanted natural toys for my children and I could see the special bonds that were being formed between them and these knitted treasures. In our shop you will find the most delightful handknitted farm animals, gnomes and toys. I also handspin and hand dye yarn with natural dyes for Waldorf doll hair. All our shop items are environmentally friendly and will not fill up landfills one day:)
I love how all her animals have their own little personalities. This weekend she'll be giving away a knitted saddleback pig, a bluebird of happiness, and maybe if you're really lucky, I think she might throw in some beautiful, hand-dyed roving! The pig is merino, the bluebird is mohair and the handspun roving has been drum carded by Linda herself and has South African Merino, Angora fibre, Silk and sparkly fibre in it:)
I love this squirrel with his jaunty tail; he looks like he might be about to get into some mischief... Sam and I were just reading the Tale of Squirrel Nutkin and that's what it makes me think of:) She even makes a couple of her patterns available for sale if you wanted to try your hand at knitting up a few of her critters yourself.
And how fabulous is this aardvark? I think if I had to pick one, this would be my very favorite.
